Last Saturday, I went to Yedang Korean restaurant with my friend. I miss eating samgyeopsal so we had this.
Samgyeopsal is a very popular Korean meat dish. Literally, it means - "three layered meat". This is commonly served as an evening meal.It consists of thick, fatty slices of pork belly meat .The waitress cooked the meat on our table. It wasn't marinated or seasoned.
Some words that you can use to your friends when you are demonstrating how to eat samgyeopsal:
Pork belly meat Fresh lettuce
Soybean paste dipping sauce ( ssamjang)
How to eat Samgyeopsal :
Place a slice of the cooked meat on a leaf of lettuce with some cooked rice and ssamjang. Add kimchi and garlic. roll it and eat it
